The short version: browsing this site collects nothing about you. No trackers, no cookies (small files websites store in your browser), and no content loaded from third parties. The only data that reaches us is what you type into the contact form and send, and it passes through our hosting provider, Netlify, which records the internet (IP) address it was sent from.

What this site collects about you
Nothing. Browsing these pages creates no record of you on our side: no cookies, no visit analytics, and no fonts or images loaded from anyone else's servers.
The contact form
The form has five fields: name, organization, email, mobile number, and message, plus your consent to this policy. Pressing Send submits your message through our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores it in its form service and may forward it to the company mailbox. Your data only reaches us if you press Send. Netlify filters spam automatically.
How we use what reaches us
To reply to you and follow up on your request — nothing else. We do not sell your data, share it with anyone for marketing, or disclose it unless a binding Saudi law requires us to. And if we ever need to share your data with a third party outside those legal obligations, we ask your explicit permission first.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent when you send us your message and confirm you have read this policy, and on our legitimate interest in replying to you and following up on your request. We do not build profiles of our visitors.
Where your message is stored
Your message is stored in Netlify's form service — Netlify is a US company — and may be forwarded to the company mailbox, which runs on a global email service. Your data may therefore be stored on servers outside the Kingdom. Beyond these two providers, we transfer your data to no one.
How we protect your data
Only the company's founders can see form messages, which are kept in the company's Netlify account and in the company mailbox under standard access controls. That said, no protection on the internet is absolute, and we say so plainly.
How long your message stays with us
We keep it to follow up on business enquiries until you ask us to delete it. To request deletion, write to info@comindsolutions.com.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you may request a copy of what we hold about you, its correction, its deletion, or an end to contact, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@comindsolutions.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If we do not, you may file a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority in the Kingdom.
Operational logs
When the site runs on a hosting provider's servers, that provider (the party whose machines the site runs on) may keep standard operational logs — such as device address and visit time — for security and operations, under its own policy.
